Terrible. I'm very busy at work and I called the guy up and told him I will be getting out early and it's the ONLY time I could come in he said sure no problem. I race out of work I get there and he tells me know. It was 1pm they close at 4...
Do not...I repeat do not got to this shop. I had struts, shocks and stabilizer links put on in Dec. 2016 a week later I notice my tires were wearing on the out side treads. After 2 weeks my outter treads were gone. I didn't know why this was happening because prior to this job this was not happening. So I had to get new tires because it was snowing and I needed to have treads on my tires. After I purchased two new tires at 94.00 dollars plus tax...two weeks later I notice again my treads were wearing down. I went to no pep boys which is were I bought the tires and told them that something is wrong with my tires. They said no it appears you need a wheel alignment. So I took the car back to quality and the manager Allen said after looking at my car that I needed inner and outter tire rods and that he could not do an alignment until that is done. I said alright do the job. They did the work and afterwards I went to Firestone to get two more new front tires. Firestone told me that my front was not alligned. Same day I went back to Quality and told them what Firestone told me and they gave me a print out of the alligment test. Quality didn't want to see the print out then they put my car back on the machine and supposedly claim that it was fine....I later went to another alligment shop and had then align my car. After all of this my tires continue to wear in the front. So I just rode the car for 6 moths until the tires were wore down to the thread because I didnt have money to keep buying new tires. On Sept 1 2017. Went to Firestone to buy two more front tires now this is the 3rd pair since Jan 2017. When they put the tires on they check my alignment and Firestone told me that I need camber bolts and I asked what that was, they said it is the bolts that secures the shocks and they said my front end tires were both tilted that is why my tires are wearing on the outter treads. After I left Firestone I went to Quality. I told the manager Allen that I was told that I need camber bolts he said my car didn't have camber bolts. After they put my car on the lift he later came to me and told me I need a camber kit. LONG STORY SHORT Stay away from this shop. They are only good for Oil Change. And they do not keep mechanics long the two machanics that did my shocks and struts are no longer there.
I have brought 3 different cars I have owned here for numerous repairs. They always worked with my crazy schedule to have me in and out as quick as I could. Things the dealer were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for, they gave me a fair price.

It's expensive but they did a good job welding and installing a brand new exhaust on my car
DOES NOT DO ALIGNMENTS TO YOUR CAR AND CLAIMS THEY DO. HAD TO RETURN TWICE AND STILL HAD EXCESSIVE PULLING TO THE RIGHT. THIS PLACE CHARGED ME $55.00 THE 1ST TIME AND $25.00 THE 2ND TIME. THE RESULT...STILL PULLING EXCESSIVELY TO THE RIGHT. TOOK MY CAR TO CENTRAL TIRE IN NEWARK AND A PROPER ALIGNMENT WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED. UPON REVIEWING THE COMPUTER REPORTS FROM BOTH LOCATIONS, QUALITY DID NOT DO THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY OR CORRECTLY! CENTRAL TIRE LOCATED ON 599 CENTRAL AVE, NEWARK, NJ 07107 COMPLETED THE JOB AND MY CAR IS ROLLING PERFECTLY!!
