And this is after I called and spoke to some really nice lady who said my best bet was to go to the ER,
I was treated with outstanding care. I got there at 5:30am and it was a smooth process. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my needs. My nurse was super sweet. The doctor introduced himself to me before my procedure and the procedure went successful. I had no problem whatsoever
After that had to run over to st barnabas ., if I knew they wouldn't do anything I would've just come to this one in the first place! They are taking such a good care of me! I always thought hospitals could not deny seeing a person in need!
The receptionist looked at the paper and didn't believe it. Then someone else came and told me she's sorry but they won't be able to take me in..
Service was pretty fast and efficient and the staff where considerate and patient. Granted I am here on a early Saturday morning which is probably a slow time and therefore a more pleasant time to be in a hospital. I'm giving my Five Stars based on this experience. Also the hospital is clean and modern with parking small Eatery and everything that you would need in a well-equipped hospital.
Had horrible nurses when I went into labor, as a first time mom they should of been more helpful and understanding. But I do give credit to the wonderful nurses I had after I gave birth, they were extremely caring and friendly
This is not my usual hospital but today I had to come to the ER but they sent me away... literally! What hospital says "we don't do this kind of procedure"???? I came in, signed my name, wrote the reason why I was there which was because i have an IUD and still got pregnant, and I know there's a risk so I needed them to take it out.
Went to emergency this morning 10/16/2017 (5:30am), because I was in pain and couldn't raise my upper right arm. The PA looked at it, gave me a naproxen, a sling, and a referral to an Orthopedic doctor. When I asked about an x-ray, she said in a dismissive way, that an x-ray was for bones. She would never know what was wrong with my arm because no diagnostic test was done. I hope for her and my sake, there's nothing wrong with my bones! They made sure to take all my insurance information though. I could have gotten a pain killer at the pharmacy if that's all it took. I'm still in pain. Quacks!!!
