Absolutley horrible yhe room had smeared blood on the walls and dried good on the floor i called and complained and they didn't clean it. Yhen the next day switched rooms and by hell that room had dead cockroaches and a used condom in the bathroom just chillin this place is horrible. I'm in the middle of fighting with them for a refund and get this im a diamond member for choice hotels. wow!!! This place is pathetic and disgusting

They don't even deserve 1 star. Great location but a very bad stay for me. Arrived late to check in, about 9pm, checked into my room only to find an unmade bed with used condoms on the floor, wish I were kidding. Went back to the office and they switched my room, took over an hour to accomplish that. The new room was worse, smelled horrible and when I looked around the room I actually found 2 mouse traps under the bed with the dead mice still in them, still wish I were kidding. Told the manager and she refused to refund my money. Ended us going down the road to the quality inn. I have never written a review in my life but I also have never had an experience like this in my life so I felt obligated to share my experience so no one else would have too. Steer clear of this establishment. I called the corporate office to see if there was anything they could do for me but it was to no avail.
Stinky room (nonsmoking) you'd thinks otherwise and bathroom was worse. Opened the windows and blasted the ac as soon as I got in my room. Tiny shower. Tv remote broken; no volume down so can't watch anything without the volume blasting. Torn bedsheets and old linens. Towels on the floor instead of bathmats...or nothing. No trashcan in my room. ???
The place is great large clean rooms. Safe atmosphere, close to a lot of places.

Last resort hotel
It was good for overnight stay. The best comfort was available with a/c but there was some critters running along the floor of the bedroom. Otherwise the bed was amazing and the lady at the service was nice.
