When you can get ahold of pedro he is really helpful and knows his fish.they pack the fish really well and have next day delivery all in all i get all my fish from them
This is a big fish haven. Mostly south american fish. The staff know what they're doing. I definitely would recommend this store if you are looking for big aggressive fish.

My review is less of a review and more of a followup statement to the review under me. I currently work for Aquascape, but separate from that I am also a hobbyist and a person like everyone else. Over time I realized that I like to read reviews about places I've never been to in curiosity if I should waste my time or not like probably most of this generation. I currently major in communication and I've always wondered why don't most stores ever respond to reviews ? (I've done several retail and customer service jobs) and let me be HONEST the term "The customer is always right" is egregious; especially when applying it to the time we live in today. But that is neither he or there, to keep it short and sweet. Summer Moreland or Anthony however you want to call yourself since you were using your Gf's name and account to order fish. I'm the one that took your order, spoke with you on the phone and even helped you in store when you arrived. There is much to be said about your personality but I will leave that for another time in case we ever meet again. Your order was simple but your dramatization is whats complex. You made an order about 4 - 5 days before the snow storm was predicted to come. Everything was finalized the Friday before that Monday when the storm was to come. You called Monday and I notified you that we would NOT be able to ship because the storm was gonna hit that night till the morning of Tuesday. There was no lack of communication with you at all yet you found it horrible on our part that we wouldn't ship to you because of the snow. You continued by insulting me over the phone for about 2 minutes and telling me that you should have a tracking # already....(Before a label is made). That's NOT how shipping works. You got pissy and decided to drive to the store because you NEEDED to have the fish at that moment. Not only did I still help you at the store but I even helped you with questions and concerns you had because of the other piranha you lost. And then after you were refunded the shipping cost, because it took longer than 3 days for it to show up on your card you called me again and pulled the whole "I will sue you card" like a pouty child though it was your banks fault. Your review if ridiculously uncalled for and does not reflect the store at all. I have personally seen how some people act entitled because they are purchasing something from a business as if that place will deteriorate if you alone do not make your purchase. I think stores need to speak up and respond but I also think that customers who have a good experience should also comment and leave a review so that new customers can have a plethora of reviews so that they can buy confidently. Summer/Anthony you were helped and cared for correctly but your personalty needs work. With that said I am not saying we are the perfect store and some mistakes are made but this transaction wasn't one of them.
